Counterbalance Bicycles is now hiring for mechanic/sales positions.

We are seeking friendly, responsive, hard-working and experienced staff.

Now hiring mechanics for (2) full-time positions, (1) part-time position. Preferred applicants have (2) years experience in a high volume service shop. Required skills include excellent customer communication, familiarity with POS service-ticket writing, a working understanding of bicycle fit, and the ability to perform mechanical work independently. Mechanics will be working directly with our customers and selling new bikes, parts and accessories.

For the right applicant, we are also looking for part-time register help and entry level mechanics too.

Counterbalance Bicycles is a busy bike shop with fantastic customers and a superb staff. Come join us!
