I can't wait to create another beautiful arch tomorrow for an elegant Tuesday wedding!

When planning the ceremony florals for this wedding we wanted a design that would surround Vanessa + Jeff with beauty as they exchanged vows. We decided to use a two piece arch to make a large outdoor space feel more intimate. I love how it came together framed them as they celebrated their love for each other!

put all the finishing touches on this magical design 🧡 This whole day could not have come together with the help of my team and support system.... .light , my hubs, aunt, sister, parents.... everyone. Lol.

The dried elements in this boutonniere are grasses from the yard and seed pods from a spring blooming mascari, bleached by the summer sun until it was perfectly dried and preserved! As soon as I saw it I knew it was the interesting element that I was looking for to add a unique texture. Since this discovery I always keep my eyes open for tiny dried treasures 🌾

In this transition into fall and winter I find myself looking back at summer... this arrangement was full of summer goodness. It’s hard when the bounty of the sunny season disappears and many local blooms become unavailable. Fall and winter bring their own beauty though, and through creativity and resourcefulness we can still appreciate it in all its quiet glory. 🧡
