The State of Washington is providing free legal, technical and filing assistance to help tax-exempt entities access Elective Pay federal tax credits for clean energy projects, such as fleet electrification, EV charging infrastructure, wind, solar and geothermal installations, etc.

Learn about these federal clean energy tax credit opportunities at a free Office Hour hosted by Lawyers for Good Government (L4GG). Whether you have a project in process, have recently completed a project, or just want to learn more, this is your chance to ask questions and learn about these tax credits and the support that is available to you through CETCAP.
