Don’t forget to speak kindly to yourself when it comes to your clothing size. The only thing the numbers mean is what size and shape to cut the pieces to make you something that fits. It says nothing about your worth. If you have littles in your life, think about the things you say about your body in front of them. Teach yourself and the other people around you to celebrate your body as it is.

For me, I spent YEARS feeling self conscious about my chest. I ALWAYS felt like I had to wear a padded bra. It has taken a lot to get here but now I love my small b***s. I also have violin hips and for the longest time hated the way they looked because I thought it made me look like I have a muffin top no matter what size I was at. Now I’ve embraced both of those parts of me and have fun making clothes to fit me as I am.

Ask yourself what parts of you could use more love, and then think about things you can do to show your body more love! We are all made wonderfully just the way we are!
