✨✨✨Jaw Dropping!βœ¨πŸš£β€β™‚οΈβœ¨πŸŠβ€β™€οΈβœ¨πŸš€βœ¨

And we mean jaw dropping in every sense! πŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆπŸ‘ˆ

After staging countless floating homes, over the years, we have to say that this one is the crown of all. βœ¨πŸ‘‘ ✨

Set on Lake Union with southern exposure, expansive views , of Seattle Down Town, Space Needle, the Olympics, Gas Works Parks, & Queen Anne, this floating home captures everything that defines Pacific Northwest living at its best.

Light, water, and a beautiful connection to the city. πŸ‘Œ

Glass walls open wide, the deck becomes an extension of the living space, and that sculptural staircase draws you in.

Just imagine watching the 4th of July fireworks from this deck! πŸ§‘πŸŽ‡πŸ€Ž

It was a treat spending a day in this floating house & staging it! βœ¨πŸš£β€β™‚οΈβœ¨πŸš€βœ¨

Before you even step inside, the architecture begins speaking.

Two sides of pathway to the front door and the tension between them demands your attention, so you just have to stop and take notice.

Breathtaking!

To the left, the negative space allows each piece to stand out as individual forms, distinct from one another, and the gravel pulls them all together to create a stunning grouping. The rocks/boulders feel sculptural, and grounded. The moss, and the leaves, together, create a sense of calm.

Then on the right side, the energy shifts to something louder with the collection of vibrant blooms. In contrast, they add softness, and warmth.

Seeing both sides, you feel a sense of joy.

This house built by an iconic Seattle architect, with expansive views of the Puget Sound, is a piece of art.
