New ABC class time for the summer!
Sundays at 6pm!
Now you can get all your daytime summer fun in and finish off the day with an aerial class!
Our ABC classes are introductory classes for brand new students. You'll learn a little aerial silks, a little trapeze, a little sling, and a little lyra. These classes will prepare you to join our regular session program where you can continue to train on multiple apparatuses, or choose to specialize on just one.
No experience is needed and there are no fitness requirements - we start at the beginning and build our strength alongside our skills!
Sunday doesn't work for you? Here's the full schedule:
• Tuesday at 6pm
• Friday at 6pm
• Saturday at 2pm
• Sunday at 6pm
Is there a better time for you? Let us know! If we see interest at a time we can accommodate we might just add another class!

Workshop Alert!
Dynamic Movement on Sling with Gabby Brody
Saturday, July 25th
3pm-5pm
This workshop focuses on dynamic movements such as beats and momentum based transitions.
For those students who want to defy gravity and work on building momentum through beats and pop throughs, this is the place! We will work our way up through beats to understand how to move our bodies in a way that makes these skills easier. From there we will add dynamic transitions and slack pathways.
This workshop is good for intermediate-advanced students who can invert while in the air and pull over to hips with no jump.

Works in Progress is this Friday, 6/26!
7-9pm
FREE
Friday, June 26th is our next Works In Progress R***e, a night for circus artists to present unpolished demos in a low-pressure, come-as-you-are, encouraging environment. Imperfection is not only welcomed, but celebrated!
This time we're taking the opportunity to show our Pride! LGTBQIA+ artists are encouraged to participate!
• Do you have a new skill from class you’re excited about? We want to see it!
• Are you new to performing, and curious about doing circus in front of an audience? Let us be your first audience!
• Maybe you have only a section of an act in development that you want to share. We want to see that unfinished work-in-progress!
• Demos should be three minutes or less, as there is limited space. If you don’t care about music, we'll just pick something!

Class Spotlight: Aerial Partnering: Conditioning!
Instructors: Nick Perry & Amanda Thornton (Duo Vertical Axis)
Don't let the name "conditioning" scare you off; this is the class to take to start doing aerial partner work. Think of it as the "intro-level" class of duo work.
Supporting another person's body takes a solid strength foundation, so yes - you will do conditioning! You will do drills and you will do strength training. But you will also work with a partner learning basic duo moves and positions.
This class is for aerialists who are looking to explore their practice in a new way! You will learn how to work with different partners through various sequences and drills. During the session, everyone will work with each other to develop their skill as a base and/or flier. This class has a strong focus on developing strength and stamina in the air.
This class is open to aerialists who are in level 2B or higher and does not require a partner to sign up. Students must show proficiency in pullovers off the ground on trapeze and cross back straddle in silks.
