Our Story
Recognized for our intermediary role in early learning to youth development, Soar elevates community voice by ensuring King County children, youth, and families are actively engaged in policies and decisions that impact their lives. We do this by convening coalitions, aligning strategies, engaging communities in partnerships, and developing family and youth leadership through strength based approaches.
