My cousin came down from Nairobi, Kenya to hang out and explore Tanzania’s parks with me. These pics are across a few camera types (iPhone, Fuji xt-30, and Fuji x100vi), all in Tarangire National Park.

Summer in North America is winter in East Africa— so the Baobab trees were bare for the season, and the riverbeds weren’t flowing at max just yet.

First & foremost!! I am a parks girl!! Kinda had to get through my Kili Diaries asap, because I still have so much to share about this homecoming to Tanzania.

The day after we descended the mountain, my cousin and I started our journey on a 5 day safari throughout the country’s National Parks. took this pic of me, and here we are in the Ngorongoro Crater. Crazy crazy day, but endlessly thankful to have witnessed this natural beauty.
