We were beyond stoked when Chef Sheldon Simeon Chef Sheldon Simeon hit us up to see if we’d host him while he was in Seattle on tour for his new cookbook, Ohana Style. Of course we said yes (it was more explicit than “yes”) to the Top Chef alum and chef of acclaimed Maui restaurants Tin Roof, Maui and Tiffany's Restaurant & Bar 🤙🌴 This guy’s vibe and sense of aloha is something to aspire to.

Join us in welcoming Chef Sheldon to Pidgin Cooperative Restaurant & Bottle Shop on Monday, July 27th. From 5pm-10pm we’ll be slingin’ bites inspired by the new cookbook. Expect dishes like bistek, some kinda inasal, oysters probably, tocino in the style of char siu (or char siu in the style of tocino?), and our take on Papa Ray’s Tuna Patty.

A ticket gets you in the door to chill with Sheldon, FOOD, a drink from our bar, and you’re very own copy of Ohana Style (where you can learn about Papa Ray’s Tuna Patty).
