The Weedin Triplex Building in Green lake has been wired and electrical service has been completed. SDCI Inspections passed today and building is ready for insulation and sheetrock.

Dunham Electric has finished wiring this 2,000 sq foot new construction SIPS residence and SDCI has signed off wall cover inspection. SIP homes are 15 times more air tight than conventional construction. This home will have a heat pump with air conditioning, Ethernet in each room and a car charger in the garage for your EV. Dunham electric has begun underground work for a new construction SIP single family residence. These well insulated energy efficient homes are becoming more and more common. SIP homes are 15 times more air tight than a traditional construction home. The walls are made of rigid foam plastic, sandwiched between OSB boards.
