crafted Oude Airelle Sauvage Tilquin à l’Ancienne with a blend of spontaneously fermented, oak aged Lambics infused with 125 grams per liter of lingonberries — about a pound per gallon. 🍾

Nuances of hay, horse blanket, tart red currant, cranberry, tilled soil, and heather notes, all lifted by lively natural carbonation.

Fun fact: Lingonberries, which are popular in Scandinavian cuisine, are the fruit of an evergreen shrub related to cranberries.
