But, did you know that the cabin steward who was so great to you throughout your cruise, and the table server who went out of their way to find that extra bit of candied pecans to add to your sorbet, or the waiter at the bar that called you by name each night all have a lot of their future tied to your survey? Good and bad, cruise lines depend on our surveys to make decisions about future entertainment, staff promotions, and even staff assignments.
