ISMP prioritize making an inclusive, safe and diverse environment for UW students. Joining ISMP will provide great opportunities to connect and bond together with people who have various backgrounds. Through mentor-mentee pairing, you will be able to build a strong relationship with mentors who have similar experiences as yours and support you through your difficult times in college. Workshops, retreats and open-events are available for you to have fun at ISMP but also to gain valuable experiences for leadership skills.
