Wishful thinking? Or does this West Seattle artist know something the rest of us don't?

Seattle home prices continue to soar at a record-breaking pace. When will the housing market come ‘back to earth?’ Home prices in Seattle are climbing at the third-highest rate in the country. The housing market is showing some signs of cooling, but still feels out of reach for plenty of first-time buyers.

Stay safe folks, it continues. Blocking traffic, trapping drivers in tunnels and vandalism are on going. Stay aware of your surroundings

Instead of sipping on champagne (or sparkling cider depending on age) like the rest of the civilized world, pseudo anti-fascist kids spent their New Year’s celebration drinking their own Kool-Aid and harassing cops and burning American flags. The protest was against “no justice” for Tamir Rice, although they did not make it clear how SPD had anything to do with this incident.

On their part, the cops put up a massive show of force with elaborate dispersal orders. At one point in the order they described the physical effects of chemical agents that would be used against protesters if they don’t disperse. Ouch.

They were also all up in arms over a “right-winger Chevy truck” that was following them around which ended up being an undercover cop (duh). Cause you know, right-wingers are at all their protests actually causing all the trouble.

After yelling some last-minute threats to cops, Antifa streamers were seen rushing away and televising just sidewalk for many many minutes as they were running away from the bad pigs. I don’t think they will be getting a videographer job at any News network anytime soon.

Not to worry though, they are planning a repeat for tonight.
