Get to know instructor Elise Johnson ✨

A certified classical Pilates instructor, Elise completed her Comprehensive M.A.T. Equipment & Mat certification under Dorothee Van de Walle at in Seattle in 2021.

Her journey began in early 2019 with a single private session while traveling in San Francisco—an experience that inspired her to make a bold change, move across the country, and dive deeply into Pilates training.

Since graduating, Elise has brought exceptional precision and intention to every session. Her teaching is thorough yet invigorating, empowering clients to build autonomy in their movement both inside and beyond the studio.

A lifelong learner at heart, Elise continues to explore and evolve in the practice of Pilates alongside her students. You’ll feel supported, seen, and challenged when you work with her.

New on the schedule: Beginner Pilates Tower & Mat ✨

Curious about Pilates—or ready to get back into it after some time away? This introductory class is designed to build confidence, strength, and familiarity with both Mat and Tower work in a supportive group setting.

Perfect for:

• Pilates beginners (injury-free)
• Anyone getting back into a regular practice
• Clients new to classical Pilates or the Tower format
• Those with a Pilates foundation who are new to Tower classes

You’ll learn foundational Pilates skills, safely explore the Tower unit, and progress at a pace that matches the room.
