Ingredients:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup buffalo sauce
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs, beaten
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: To 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat.

12 egg roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
