Greetings Trilogy Family!

We are excited to announce our SOFT REOPENING for CHIROPRACTIC APPOINTMENTS starting on Tuesday, May 26th!

Our team wants to ensure you we are taking all the proper precautions to keep all our patients and our staff safe and healthy. This means:

* We are spacing patients out to observe physical distancing recommendations.

* We are sanitizing everything including door handles and all other "touchable" objects in the office. We are also using a disinfecting spray between patients as well to help with any type of "aerosolized" invaders!

Our hours will be limited and will be as follows for the next TWO WEEKS:

Monday’s 9:30 am – 2:00 pm
Tuesday’s 9:30 am – 2:00 pm
Wednesday’s 9:30 am – 2:00 pm
Thursday’s 11:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday’s 9:30 am – 1:00 pm

We will need some things from you to continue to operate within CDC recommendations.

* Please be right on time (not early or late) for your appointment so we can maintain physical distancing in the clinic.

* Please come to your appointments alone, and if you have a ride, please ask your ride to remain in the car.

Dear Trilogy family,

This is such a crazy reality and challenge that we are all having to navigate with love, care and caution.

Over the last two weeks, the Trilogy team has been struggling because our jobs revolve around connection, care and touch. So, it is with GREAT sadness that we have made the collective decision to temporarily close for two weeks.

Our biggest concern is our patient’s safety and the wellbeing of our community. We are monitoring the situation very carefully and this temporary closure is for us to get a better understanding of what’s to come.

WE WILL BE RESPONDING TO AND TREATING EMERGENCY CASES SHOULD THEY ARISE.

Those who have any appointments scheduled (chiropractic or massage) between Monday, March 30th and Friday, April 10th, all appointments are CANCELLED and will be rescheduled.

We will reach out to reschedule in two weeks.

TO OUR LOVED AND VALUED PATIENTS:

There is no higher priority to our patients and staff than everyone’s safety. Be assured that we are monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and Public Health Department to stay on top of this evolving situation.

We want you to feel confident when coming to our office. As a result, we have GREATLY enhanced all of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our patients’ and employees' health and safety.

We will also be spreading out patient appointments times to minimize patient to patient contact and social distancing.

Office Cleaning: Our team will proceed with normal, everyday handwashing plus hand sanitizer. We also clean all equipment and other surfaces after every patient.

Cleaning also includes disinfecting doorknobs, reception room chairs, and other surfaces such as the check in iPad at the front desk scheduling area and toys that children play with will be removed and sanitized until this emergency subsides.

In addition, we want to remind our patients that if you are scheduled for care and you are sick, or come into contact with someone who is sick, PLEASE call us to let us know and stay home and take care of yourself.

Thank you for your patience and trust in Trilogy. We are prepared to navigate through these challenging circumstances with your safety and confidence in us at the forefront of everything we do.
