The lights are going up! We're looking forward to all of our holiday visitors. If you're driving through the neighborhood, please leave your headlights on and watch out for pedestrians! If you're walking or biking through, which we highly encourage, please watch out for traffic. Happy Thanksgiving week Washington! We'll post the schedule of Santa's visits when Santa can take a break at the north pole and reply to our inquiry.

It’s almost Garage Sale time!!! Setpemtber 6th, Saturday 9-2 are the general hours. Enter at NW 85th and 23rd Ave NW and let the bargain shopping begin!

Plant Sale time! The Olympic Manor Garden Club Plant Sale is Saturday, May 17, 9 am - 2 pm at 8712 Jones Place NW. We are selling annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, and vegetable starts at bargain prices. - here's a preview of whats on the tables:

While we wait for the holiday lights to arrive…..Join our community’s for a holiday popup market at the Gilbert & Sullivan Society space (in Small Faces / "Crown Hill Center" building). Local makers and artists will be offering great gift ideas. Shop local! 2-6 PM, Saturday, Nov 23rd. Photo booth, Santa, hot apple cider, Glühwein, a raffle for Swanson's wreaths, and more!
