2026 年夏天，來聽 #竹慶本樂仁波切 親自講授《於紛亂中得寧靜》（Finding Peace within Chaos）。

這不只是一堂課。

它是了義暑期學院深度課程中，由仁波切親自帶領的核心教學。

#了義學院（Nitartha Institute），是由竹慶本樂仁波切於三十年前親自創立，融合藏傳噶舉、寧瑪兩大殊勝傳承，一所專為現代居士打造的佛學院。

它的初衷很直接：
把佛陀對「心」最精要的理解，以清晰、系統、可實修的方式，傳遞給每一位真正想認識自己這顆心的人。

🔹核心課程 1｜竹慶本樂仁波切親授《於紛亂中得寧靜》

回應這個時代最普遍的內耗：訊息太多、念頭太密、感受太雜。

仁波切將帶我們看見——寧靜不是讓世界安靜下來，而是在世界依然紛亂時，你還能不丟失自己。

🔹核心課程2｜阿闍黎喇嘛滇巴嘉晨講授《辯法法性論》

透過彌勒菩薩的關鍵論典，學習如何辨別：什麼是心的迷惑狀態，什麼是它的真實本性。

🔹 #大手印 禪修｜止禪、觀禪 I／II

可依自身修持階段申請參與，系統學習大手印禪修。

🔹佛學院課程｜心與心的世界、中觀、如來藏、唯識

從根本見地建立對心的清晰理解。

現場學員還能報名參與金剛拳、辯經、健康與療癒等多元課程。
