Excited to see construction progress on our South Seattle Detached Dwelling Unit.

First look at a visualization for a larger addition and garage for a client in Shoreline. The design adds second-level living space to an existing 1960s residence while expanding and upgrading the attached garage. The new living spaces take advantage of the natural surroundings of this secluded lot.

Located on a sloping site, this Pacific Northwest modern residence takes full advantage of sweeping views over the Idaho Club Golf Course. Large expanses of glazing, generous outdoor deck spaces, and a palette of natural materials connect the home to its setting, creating an ideal place to take in Northern Idaho’s mountain sunsets.

Blending natural, warm materials that complement the site and its context is a key driver in our design process. Our Club View Retreat project, located in Sandpoint’s Idaho Club community, does just that—featuring exposed wood beams and wood soffits that create a welcoming, inviting atmosphere, perfect for both winter and summer retreats.

Excited to share a first look at visualizations for our Queen Anne remodel. This project expands the second level to include a new primary bathroom, with a design focused on creating a clean, minimal, light-filled space that captures the site’s remarkable, secluded tree views. Subtle touches of wood add warmth and balance.

Wrapping up Schematic Design for this 2 level space savvy Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU). It’s designed to be physically accessible for client wanting to age in place, with 2nd level used for a potential caretaker.

Construction has started, and foundations are almost ready for concrete on our South Seattle DADU!
