Creating a more sustainable future takes collaboration. We're proud to work alongside partners like Recology King County to help keep valuable materials out of landfills and put them back to work through recycling and composting!

Thank you, Cedar Grove, for having us! It’s always incredible to see firsthand how our communities’ food, yard waste, and food-soiled paper are transformed through the composting process.

A quick peel can make a big difference! Produce stickers are small, but add up quickly into one of the most common contaminants in finished compost. Taking a few seconds to remove them helps keep contamination out of the process from the start.

Pro tip: Peel stickers off when you unpack your groceries. It's much easier than trying to later when produce is soft or spoiled 🍎🍌🫑

Please note that all Cedar Grove locations will close at 12:00pm on Friday, May 22nd and remain closed through Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

Normal hours will resume Tuesday from 7am–5pm. We wish everyone a safe holiday weekend and thank those who have served!
