Opening an opportunity to have more consistent breathing sessions with you!
The weekly schedule will include…
3 types of breathing classes…
-mindful -slow and integrated
-circular - rhythmic and cleansing
-holographic - long form accelerated
All are healing and therapeutic.
Also chair yoga, yin, community conversations and workshops!
