For this bath, I combined 24x24 terrazzo porcelain floor tiles with a feature wall of 2x6 cerulean blue tiles — their subtle variation adds movement and depth. The remaining walls are finished in classic 6x6s, keeping the space bright and simple.

A warm oak vanity and solid white countertop balance the cooler tones and bring the room together with an easy, natural harmony.

At the top of the stairs, this workspace catches the light beautifully ☀️

The new floors steal the show, alongside the architectural lines where multiple ceiling slopes meet. This kind of space can sometimes feel awkward, but the architect’s well-placed windows paired with crisp white walls make it feel calm, bright, and welcoming.

This sunny first-floor bench, placed between two windows, wasn't part of my scope, but it fits the space perfectly. The white walls, refinished hardwoods, and tall ceilings frame the moment beautifully.
