Oh, the things I would tell this young gentlemen.

This will be my 20th year in real estate, which blows my mind honestly. When you say “I’ve been doing this for 20 years,” it makes me think of my dad or my grandpa when they would say something similar and it felt like such a long time. I guess I’m that old now. Yet, it still feels like just yesterday I started this crazy journey. It feels like I still have even crazier dreams, bigger ideas, and an insatiable desire to make things better…be it within my companies or the people around me. I don’t stop, honestly, but I enjoy that.

So, what would I tell this young man? You chased your dreams and accomplished most all of them…and then you set a new set of goals and dreams. Dont stop, keep pushing young man.

I love having you all be a part of this journey with me, you’ve made it any amazing one.

“We loved that house”

Having clients move into bigger and better things after 15 years in a house you sold to them many years ago, is both an honor but also such a crazy viewpoint into just LIFE. I remember how excited they were when I first gave them the keys to this house. I remember all of things they wanted to do to the house, most of which they did! I remember their dog sitting in the window when I would stop by. I don’t live their life, but I feel like I had some incredible glimpses into what life was like in all those years. So, it often feels like this is something much bigger to me when working with a lot of my clients. I appreciate them more than they know as their life moments I get to share make my life that more much more amazing.

So, thank you to these amazing sellers….its been amazing being a part of your life. May the next owner of this house enjoy all those new memories too.
