High-performers get the worst feedback at work, and it's worst for high-performing women.

When high performers, the group that's most motivated by constructive feedback, gets the lowest quality feedback, orgs likely have a brewing attrition problem on their hands. In fact, 30% of high performers leave their org within their first year.
