Another successful match made in gorgeous Queen Anne, and we couldn’t be happier for our buyers who get to call this beautiful house their home!
Clients come from all sorts of places, and these clients came to us from a FB group where a past client gave us a shout out (our referrals are always greatly appreciated- THANK YOU!). We were excited to start the process of helping this growing family transition from their smaller home to something they can grow into. Then we were even more thrilled when we got word of this off-market property located in their ideal neighborhood, with a layout and enough space that would really work for them. Our Story
Both Danielle and Andrea are originally from Seattle and know the local market area well. Each of them have a Bachelor's degrees from the University of Washington in social studies related fields and strive in developing quality relationships with their clients. Both women are highly committed to their Real Estate Brokering while also remaining committed to positive changes within the community.
They came to the Lake & Company Real Estate brokerage back in 2009, Danielle coming from another local brokerage after five years in the industry, and Andrea starting out her real estate career at that time. After meeting in the office, they realized they shared a fundamental vision of ethical business and an overall commitment to a truly full-service experience for each and every client. In 2012 - SEATTLE HOME SAVVY was born, the partnership branding that continues to thrive and grow in this ever changing real estate market! Combining forces has allowed them to enhance their full-service approach, while efficiently navigating clients smoothly through the process of buying or selling, all the while being a reliable resource throughout the process (and long after the sale is complete).
They soon began to see that their referral-based business was growing with each year and they needed help! With great relief and appreciation they hired the wonderful Andi Broadus as their team assistant. Andi helps everyone by taking care of loose ends, being able to show homes last minute, and providing detailed weekly summaries to our clients to keep everyone on track!
