Please sign if you think the City of Des Moines needs to stop their threats of unequal regulation and allow The Yacht Club and Heated Pool to operate.

The City of Des Moines maintains dozens and dozens of VRBO, Airbnb, Sniffspot, Turo, Neighbor and Swimply listings. But, the City does not have a short term rental license, like most cities, allowing for equal regulation and oversight of STRs. The City needs to decide to regulate us all or regulate none. Picking and choosing to engage certain STRs with outdated regulation is discrimination. The City of Des Moines is doing this without any public discussion or conversation. It's unfair and unequal.

We want the City of Des Moines to create wholeistic Short-term rental (STR) regulation that allows for good players to thrive and bad players to be regulated.
