Forgotten Dogs Rescue

Poor Norman. 💙 This sweet big lug had surgery to remove a large lump from his shoulder, and unfortunately, recovery has been a little bumpier than we hoped.

Because of the size of the incision, he's had to make a couple of extra trips back to the vet, has been on multiple antibiotics, and on Monday he'll be going back in for an incision revision.

Through it all? Norman is still Norman. Happy. Sweet. Ready for love. (Even if he is questioning the fashion choices. 🍩)

Please keep this handsome boy in your thoughts and send some healing vibes his way for a smooth surgery on Monday and an uneventful recovery this time around. We'd also like to give a huge shoutout to his amazing foster, who has been handling all of this and giving Norman the incredible care he needs. And, of course, to his foster brother Joey for being a pal through it all!

We've said it before, and we'll say it again... we just love this big lug. How could we not?

Everyone, meet Cozi! 🤍🐾 This sweet little girl has already been through more than any dog should.

Cozi was left behind and abandoned in an apartment under some very unfortunate circumstances. Thankfully, one of our amazing adopters learned about the situation, stepped in, offered to foster her and was able to convince her owners to surrender her. Because of that, Cozi is now safe with us and on her way to a much brighter future.

She's just the sweetest little nugget! At a little over a year old, she's still very much a baby with her whole life ahead of her. She is a bit nervous but gaining confidence with our team.

As far as we know, Cozi has never received any veterinary care, so she'll be visiting our vet next week to get a full exam and start all of the care she deserves. We'll make sure she's healthy, up to date on everything, and ready for the next chapter of her life.

We're so grateful we were able to help this beautiful girl, and we can't wait to watch her blossom now that she finally has the love and care she's been missing.

Rex is officially taking applications for his next big adventure! Whether that’s a new foster couch to crash on or a forever home to call his own, this boy is ready to share his love!

He's goofy, social, endlessly curious, and fully committed to making you laugh at least twice a day. He takes his day through trots, meeting geese, making friends, inspecting every interesting smell, and then curling up next to you at the end of the day.

Since he's such a fun boy, he'll need to be the only pet in the home, but be prepared for a dog with personality, charm, and a whole lot of heart.
