I do a lot of writing in my employer branding work. A holdover activity from my previous business iteration is messaging and editing for companies and non-profits. So I think a lot about words and companies' internal writing cultures. I found this hubspot training with to be a great intro for folks joining a company with a strong writing culture. Or really anyone who needs to influence with words.

Great post from Lindsay on striking the balance between a big, bold brand and a specific promise. These concepts can easily be applied to an employer brand.
