Integrated Real Estate Services, LLC (IRES) is an established, locally owned Commercial Property Management firm headquartered in downtown Seattle. We are seeking a dynamic, creative Accountant or Accounting Professional with Property Management experience to join our growing team. IRES manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in Seattle, its submarkets, and throughout the greater Puget Sound Region.

Selected duties include:
Accounts payable/receivable
Budget Preparation
Monthly financial statements and reporting
CAM/Opex reconciliations

Cash flow projections Strong proficiency in all current Microsoft Office programs is required. Experience with Timberline / Sage 300, Yardi Voyager, and other industry-related software is beneficial.
