As the offseason drags on, there has been one clear storyline that all Seahawks fans have been following, it is the tumultuous Jadeveon Clowney situation. Throughout the past few months, there have been so many rumors and reports about where and when Clowney would sign, and yet he still remains teamless. So, I figured, why not relive that whiplash inducing journey once more, looking back at every major Clowney report and rumor since January (At least the ones I could find).This is a two part post, since the Clowney situation has been so heavily reported on, all the news clippings couldn’t fit into 10 slides. After turning himself in to Broward County jail yesterday, Quinton Dunbar will be released from jail today, after a hearing this morning. Judge Michael Davis ruled that Dunbar could be released on an 100,000 dollar bond, 25,000 dollars for each count of armed robbery. This ruling comes with the conditions that Dunbar give up all fi****ms and not travel out of the state of Florida. This is great news for the Seahawks, as Dunbar will now likely return to the team once the season starts up again. The travel ban on Dunbar will likely be reassessed once he has to report back to the Seahawks, as it was given out with the knowledge that he has no need to travel, with all meetings being virtual at this point. Dunbar’s lawyer made a point to make sure that the travel ban is looked at again when it needs to be, so that’s not something that us Seahawks fans need to worry about right now. This whole situation is likely not over, but it’s turning in the right direction for Dunbar, and prosecutors haven’t found any evidence to counteract the five affidavits from witnesses that cleared Dunbar. A date for a second hearing has not yet been set.

With the draft wrapping up last week, and after having some time to think on my picks, I figured I could get a draft profile out for each player in this draft class. After doing Jordyn Brooks, I’m moving on to our second round pick, Darrell Taylor. I tried to fit everything I possibly could into this profile. On the first few slides, we have his college stats, his measurables (height, weight, etc.), his combine stats, and where he was projected to go in popular mock drafts. The last few slides are just a few of my thoughts on Taylor and his fit with the team after thinking about it and watching some of his games. What do you think of the Taylor pick?
