There's a super sweet friendly 30 something living upstairs.

Gas fireplace downstairs to modulate the heat, and it's naturally cool in the summer with its stained concrete floors in the kitchen/media room. Just sayin.

Gardening maintenance is included.
Pondcamp just wants to be loved.
