The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta is seeking a Fund Accountant, Impact Investing to support the financial operations of the Foundation’s growing impact investing platform — advancing equitable development and affordable housing across metro Atlanta.

Fund Accountant, Impact Investing | $90,000–$110,000

Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this role manages fund-level accounting, financial reporting, and operational oversight across multiple impact investment vehicles. The Fund Accountant will partner closely with the Impact Investing and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and performance tracking while supporting investor relations, loan servicing, and fund operations.

This position is ideal for a finance professional with experience in private equity, real estate funds, venture capital, or alternative investments who is excited to apply technical fund accounting expertise to community-focused investing.

The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta is seeking an Accountant to support the financial operations of the Foundation’s growing Finance team — advancing accurate reporting, impact investing activity, housing-related transactions, and community development across metro Atlanta.

Accountant | $75,000–$85,000

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role owns general ledger accounting, journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit/tax support schedules.

The Accountant will partner closely with the Finance, Impact Investing, and Housing teams to ensure transactions are booked accurately, reconciled properly, and aligned with reporting expectations.
This position is ideal for an accounting professional with strong GL experience, month-end close ownership, Excel/data management skills, and comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

For-profit accounting, public accounting, audit, fund accounting, investment accounting, or private equity exposure is a plus.
