Grade 2 scientists hosted an Insectarium this week, showing off their original insect creations complete with diet, habitat, and survival traits. 🐝 🐞

Our first grade scientists designed and built their own solar ovens, and yesterday was the perfect day to test them in the sun!☀️ Families were invited to join students while they monitored the temperature and success of their designs — they tested them by melting chocolate and marshmallows to make s’mores 😋
We are saying farewell to the Schoolhouse and breezeway as we get ready to build something new! Students are signing their names and writing messages this week. Join us for our Schoolhouse Farewell event on Friday! All current and alumni families are invited.
Morning circles are a big part of building community and checking in with each other every day. This grade 1 classroom wrote down what they did over the weekend, and gave their classmates a greeting + “bubble” high fives to start the day!
It’s been all hands on deck getting the incredible art from our students in pre-K through grade 5 all set up and ready for Spring Arts Showcase! Pro tip: come by during school hours M-F to peruse the artwork and take photos without the crowds! See everyone Wednesday!
