We’re thrilled to welcome Daleen Douangsivanh to our board!

With more than 13 years of program and operations experience in Laos, Daleen brings deep expertise working alongside NGOs, government agencies, and bilateral donors. Daleen’s background spans education and workforce program design, teacher training, curriculum development, and classroom teaching.

For Daleen, this work is deeply personal:
“Over more than a decade of living and working in Laos, I saw firsthand what access to education meant for students and their families, and it shaped everything I think about this work. ACN works to remove barriers to education access and has a direct impact on the lives of young people. This feels more urgent than ever as funding gaps widen and outside programs disappear.”
