Castillo’s Custom Upholstery will be closed on Thanksgiving Day so that our small team can spend time with their families.
During the month of December, our studio will be open by appointment only, with limited appointment slots available.
We will be taking this time to catch up on our backlog and fulfill our end-of-year production commitments.

Sofa in process photo from a few weeks ago

This pair of Baker chairs came to us from a client in Alaska. They were covered in a worn thru silk damask with a dressmakers skirt and arrived with a request that we make them less formal and traditional.

The frames were in great condition so we simplified the covering style and upholstered them in a more contemporary grey fabric from Maxwell Fabrics. Now they're packed up and on the journey home again.
