Immigration policies and procedures can change over time, and every case is unique.

📍Community members with questions about how this new policy may affect them should seek trusted legal advice before making decisions about their immigration case.

NWIRP remains committed to providing accurate information, free legal services, and community education so our communities can better understand their rights and options.✊🏼

➡ We’ll be discussing the latest USCIS Policy Memorandum on Adjustment of Status during our upcoming webinar on Tuesday, June 23.

Our Executive Director, Malou Chávez, traveled to Shelton, Washington, for a Know Your Rights (KYR) presentation in Spanish and shared information about services available through NWIRP. Most of the presentation was interpreted into Mam to help make the information accessible to more community members.

Thank you to everyone who joined and participated!

Because of this incredible community, we raised more than $1.6 million last Friday night to continue defending and advancing the rights of immigrants. ✊🏼

Your support means that when people are detained, we are there. When families need legal protection, we are there. And when communities are under threat, we are there.

Together, we can build communities that are not only protected, but able to thrive, because everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Thank you for standing with us. ✨

Inatai’s Constellations 2026 ✨

Our Executive Director, Malou, and Deputy Director, Vanessa, joined Inatai Foundation’s Constellations 2026: Community Power Across Washington earlier this month.

Thank you, Inatai team, for bringing us together and giving us additional tools to lead with intentionality and purpose. And Malou and Vanessa got to hang out with Francis, NWIRP Board Member, in Spokane!

The law doesn’t always deliver justice, but our community does. 💪🏾

Today is , and we invite you to join us in supporting this important work. With your support, we can continue providing the legal resources needed to stop deportations, reunite loved ones, and challenge the cruel policies and practices that target our communities.

Immigration status should not determine a person´s access to safety, stability, or justice. But every day, the system tries to make it so.

Join us, and give today. ✊🏼
