Ozzy the Flying Terrordactyl

Today Ozzy the Flying Terrordactyl turns 6 months old!

His story:

We started out rescuing his momma. Didn’t know she was pregnant. 2 weeks later at 5am Hermes was pouncing on me and whining… I woke up enough to hear a tiny *squeak* it was Ms. Kitty’s first pup… we think it was Ozzy. He was the biggest of the 5 pups.

When the pups were first born we’d hear a *revo* or revving like sound from one of the puppies so I kick named that pup Revo… I discovered it was the bigger tab pup… now named Ozzy. Lol!

He’s hysterical, a menace, still a flying Terrordactyl…

How’s he come about the Flying Terrordactyl? His auntie Ariana gave him that buck name. It’s one of many he has.

His “I’m in trouble” name is Izzy Jonathan Osborn! (Yes he’s named after one of Paul’s favorite music artists. As he picked him)

When the pups were born we thought we had 2 girls and 3 boys… no… we only had 1 little girl she was solid black.

Paul told me I shouldn’t get attached as we were keeping any of them. (We were supposed to keep Ms. Kitty) at 4 weeks we had planned to send the pups to a rescue. Well, Ms. Kitty was mean to Hermes. Paul started getting attached to them… especially “Mr. Personality”…

We talked with the rescue… they would take momma and 4 pups… (I hand fed Ozzy until he was almost 3 months as supplement to his wet food at night with a bottle using Pet Milk)

It broke my heart but I knew it was what we needed to do without vision.

Ozzy is a bright spot in our lives. Hermes loves him and he loves Hermes. He’s rough with him but he’s learning.

Ozzy is a bit bigger then Hermes and herm gets winded quick playing. But he actually plays with Oz… he didn’t really play with Loki… we think a huge part of that was we were still in the FEMA trailer. ..

I’ve taken romantic and video but always forget to upload. lol!

Momma updated my photo today

So, how did Ozzy get his moniker? Sumple. He “flys” and my d-I-l said he sounded like a pterodactyl… however. Ozzy is a TERROR…hence the spelling! Lol!

I added a few photos of Ozzy since he was born.
