Pioneer Square is about to get brighter. ORION Commercial Partners’ leasing team has secured the deal, bringing Wine Darling — a technicolor, disco‑kissed wine bar — to the Crown Hotel Building.

Expect:
🍷 Wine‑first menu
💃 Drag, comedy, dance nights
🌈 Saturated color everywhere
🪩 Cozy‑meets‑eccentric Palm Springs vibes
🍜 Asian + Latin‑inspired food coming soon

A pop‑up version launches during the World Cup, with the full Wine Darling opening in February. Cheers to the ORION team for landing a standout tenant.

We’ve officially hit 93% occupancy at the Prefontaine Building! This milestone was made possible by a landmark lease with Actualize AiR, a fantastic women-run organization that provides studio space for Seattle’s emerging artists.
The ORION leasing team (Jack Franz, Bojidar Gabrovski, and Jack Deane) didn’t just want to fill the building—they wanted to revitalize the neighborhood. “The goal was simple,” says Jack Franz. “Find a tenant that wouldn't just fill the space, but would help revitalize the neighborhood’s culture.” Working alongside the Alliance for Pioneer Square, we found the perfect fit to keep the original neighborhood creative and inclusive.
Way to go, team! 👏
