A big shout-out to Officer Sun of the Bellevue, WA Police Department. He helped us after a series of stunningly unfortunate coincidences resulted in a cushion project going out with the wrong person who had the same name as our customer. We finally figured out that the person who picked up the cushion actually was an Uber Eats driver who was supposed to pick up from the restaurant next door. (Uber Eats was NO help.) Officer Sun was able to reach the driver and get permission to pass along contact info. We got the cushion back the next day.
