End of 2025 sales were steady, annual prices inched up, with large amounts of available homes not seen since 2019, and slightly lower mortgage rates kept buyers engaged and homes selling. What is in store for 2026? Expect more sellers finally ready to make a move, below 3% interest rate or not, and buyers keeping their options open, while high end unicorn houses garner the greatest amount of attention and quick sales.
