We held our annual Coldwell Banker Danforth Awards Luncheon. I attended because it’s a good chance to get out and talk with other brokers from the brokerage and discuss what we’re working on and get ideas from each other. I spent last year just focusing on the needs of one client at a time, and didn’t have any expectations, besides a nice lunch catered by Carol Burch...so I was surprised to honored with 3 performance awards (2 for residential sales and 1 for property management). It felt nice to be recognized at the awards ceremony, but it’s really just a reminder of how blessed I have been to have been able to work with so many wonderful clients.
