Kun Lim Architect's first project in Kedah, Malaysia is officially off the ground with the commencement of earthworks a few weeks ago. On a 50-acre site in Bukit Kayu Hitam, right next to the Custom,Immigration and Quarantine Complex at the Malaysia Thailand border, One Northern Hub has a hotel, college, office, rest and relax area, custom office, warehouses and inland port in its development. www.kunlim.com

The Ship Campus in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia is Kun Lim Studio LLC /Kun Lim Architect's latest completed project. Designed to accommodate 4000 students, it has a 9-storey academic block with 2 theater style auditoriums for 550 persons and 250 persons respectively, and 4 blocks of 8-storey students residences for 1500 students. Peninsula College and Plymouth University from England are going to conduct courses in this campus. This is our 5th completed project for PKT Group, the owner of Peninsula College.
