We are looking to hire a Senior Research Operations Manager to provide management and support for PhD-level researchers and oversee the systems behind our research work.

This role will manage PhD-level researchers across disciplines such as psychology, economics, cognitive science, and machine learning, while working closely with the Research Director to drive team operations and long-term planning.

We're looking for someone with proven experience managing researchers in complex environments, building effective systems, and leading applied research operations.
