September is a month when people are celebrating the beautiful full moon in Japan, so our Hassun plate (Assortment of appetizers) for the September menu is themed on “Moon viewing festival”. We celebrate the moon by decorating Japanese pampas grass and eating “Tsukimi dango (moon festival sweet mochi dumplings)”
