🏘️ Hey Seattle - especially our Capitol Hill and Central District network! Our team is excited to be working on the development of 136 units of new affordable housing in partnership with St. Mark's and Redwood Housing - 1510th Ave East Apartments

We’re gathering feedback from current and future Seattle residents to help shape community amenities and shared spaces

Grounded in shared values and long-term stewardship, the project expands access to high-quality, affordable homes while honoring the site’s legacy and serving a lasting community purpose.

We want to hear from renters, future residents, workers, students, and community members about:

- Community amenities
- Shared spaces
- Neighborhood-serving uses
- Affordability and accessibility
- What helps people feel connected and supported in Seattle neighborhoods
