“Wow, why don’t I start every day like that?!” said after we finished up a positive energy visualization and clearing before jumping into the photoshoot. It’s true how powerful it is to just take even a few moments to breathe, feel your body, and offer some gratitude.

When I was setting up my holiday mini sessions, I wondered if it was worth spending the time doing a quick grounding and appreciation practice before the shoot. Even though time was scarce, I decided it was totally necessary.

It’s *always* worth reminding yourself of your value, worth, and belonging.
