I created this coaching program for those of us who are looking for simple answers to feeling better in our everyday movements.

It’s the answer I was looking for when I had chronic pain for 15 years after 2 car accidents.

Now I know how to shift into ease and I want to show everyone how little time and effort it can take and that it can be fun. It’ll leave you more time for things that matter most: cooking for your family, getting up and down off the floor to play with your grandkids, lovingly tending your garden, dancing the night away with your honey, all without the nagging pain you thought you had to live with.

It’s less than $40 a week for an eight week coaching program with tons of support and personal attention.
