The Sebastopol Sea Serpents (SSS) program is a non-profit, age group competitive swim team. Swim practice is held at Ives Pool in Sebastopol.

With limited pool availability, dryland & strength training is essential to keeping our athletes strong, healthy, and competitive. Their generosity gives our senior group swimmers the opportunity to continue progressing — even when pool time is scarce.
