The Barlow’s newest spot comes from Steve DeCosse, the owner of Acre Pizza 🍕 . It’s all about classic fish and chips, but the menu goes well beyond that: a burger, New England-style clam chowder, chicken katsu, a fish sandwich, a shrimp po’boy, salads, and more.
